Particle Filtration Efficiency Test Protocol
Main content start
(August 2020)
The Prakash Lab provides a simple experimental method for testing the efficiency of various materials to filter particles of size 0.3-2.5 microns, including N95 masks. This project is to support other efforts currently testing and validating how N95 masks filter material efficacy degrades based on different decontamination protocols. This is a work in progress and is being shared for helping others to replicate these efforts. We do not draw any conclusions at this time.
