The Equity and Inclusion Initiatives team is housed in the dean’s office of student affairs at the School of Engineering.
Stanford Engineering’s Student Success and Engagement Team's programs provide students with the chance to build community, navigate resources and develop a sense of safety and belonging in and out of their academic lives. We believe that when students are supported as whole individuals, they can better pursue their interests and truly thrive at the School of Engineering.
