Translational
bioengineering is almost a redundant idea, because the goal of bioengineering
is specifically to discover and invent in order to impact the world! Our
efforts in translational research range from molecular bioengineering
to cellular, tissue, organism and devices. We are proud
to interact with a world-class group of departments that form a grand "Coulter
experiment" in bringing about processes to support the routine
translation of new ideas to impact patient care. This
is a great challenge, and we approach it with great excitement. Please
